Yaounde: Regular parliamentary session to begin on November the 10th
The President of the National Assembly, Cavayé Yéguié Djibril has convened a regular parliamentary session for Thursday the 10th of November 2016. The speaker made the information public via a broadcast on state radio and television today in Yaoundé the nation’s capital.
The Cavayé Yéguié Djibril communiqué did not disclose the items on the parliamentary agenda. However, Cameroon Intelligence Report gathered from a sister publication, Cameroon-info.net that the session at the Ngoa-Ekelle palace will scrutinize and vote next year’s budget. Approximately three months after their last session, the MPs will be meeting as from 11:00 am come Thursday the 10th of November.

The Tony Elumelu Foundation has announced a massive partnership with the African Development Bank, ECOWAS, Coca-Cola and the Nigerian Ministry of Information. The decision emerged at the largest annual gathering of African entrepreneurs that held on October the 30th, 2016 in Lagos, Nigeria. It was a forum where the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) hosted approximately 1,000 men and women from 54 African countries, for the 2nd TEF Entrepreneurship session.
